Registration and Abstract Submission

The meeting will start on Sunday, 19 April, with the reception. The contributed sessions will run from Monday morning, April 20th, through Thursday afternoon (5pm), April 23rd.

All meals will be taken together and provided at the hotel. Any dietary restrictions should be entered in the ‘General Comments’ box during registration. Space at the hotel is limited, so please register as early as possible.

You can enter the abstract together with the registration, or return later and submit the abstract at a later time.

To register, please fill out the form below. Registration will reserve a room at the meeting hotel. The cost of the meeting is 745 EUR for 5 nights of room and board. Payment will be made directly with the hotel at the time of the meeting.

Special note for US Civil Servants: In consultation with NASA HQ, participation in this team meeting for mission specialists counts as programmatic travel and does not require NCTS approval.

Abstracts

You can enter up to two abstracts. We may have to restrict the number of talks in the general sessions, so please enter your abstracts in order of preference. Abstracts for working group sessions will be coordinated with the working group chair.
