The IACHEC is being held at Moutain Lake Lodge, Pembroke, VA. This is a remote location, one hour from the nearest airport, Roanoke, and 3+ from larger airports. To avoid everyone having to rent a car separately, we are setting up a ride board. If you are looking for or able to offer a ride please post here. Car rentals at Roanoke are limited, so we would like to avoid renting 50 cars for the week. Also, there is a car service, Roanoke Airport Transportation Service which can offer shared rides.

The Leicester University crew (Steve Sembay, Andy Read and Andy Beardmore) fly into Dulles on the Saturday and we are staying overnight in that area. Anyone doing the drive from Dulles/DC to the venue on the Sunday with space?
